All Sales are FINAL on ALL products from Powdered Sugar Boudoir, LLC.  We regret that all intimate products are not eligible for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.  Powdered Sugar Boudoir is not liable for any damage or technicalities that may occur from normal wear and tear such as fading, discoloration, etc. We will inspect all merchandise before being shipped out to ensure satisfaction, but we do understand that things can happen.  

 

No items can be returned unless they are manufactured defects (workmanship or material), item(s) missing, or we accidentally ship you the incorrect item.  If this occurs, please email us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with an explanation of why you will need to return your merchandise.  Within 48 hours of receiving your order please take photos of what has arrived or make a video showing the fault and email it to us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com.  Please put "Returns and Exchanges" in the subject box of your email. We will review your claim and contact you as soon as possible to advise you on how to proceed once we receive your email.
