FAQ'S

Can you send my order as a gift? 

Yes. All of our products are beautifully gift wrapped.  If your order is a gift and you would like to exclude the packing slip or add a personal note free of charge, we would be happy to accommodate you. Please email us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com with your request, and include your order number and your note. Please add "Gift Request" in the subject box. 

 

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards via PayPal for the safety of our customers’ personal financial information.  You are also backed by PayPal protection policy.  Use your existing PayPal account or simply input your credit card information when prompted by PayPal and select to checkout as a guest. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items are shipped from a international warehouse with a processing time of 1-2 days for inspection and quality control.  The rest of the time is based on the 3rd party mail service used.  The average wait time for delivery is 7-21 days.  Most items ship faster than 20 days.  If your item(s) hasn’t arrived within 20 days please contact us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com.  We will only ship out once all of your items are in stock. No partial shipments will be made. 

 

Is the lingerie true to size?

Most of the manufacturers/designers that we carry lingerie is true to size.  We do recommend that for items with sizing such as S/M and L/XL is that you chose the larger size up. For instance, if you are a Medium at the top but a Large on the bottom, you may want to go with a L/XL for a better fit.  We recommend that you measure yourself prior to ordering to make sure you select the correct size.  

 

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry, but we are not accepting returns at this time.  All sales are final.  If you feel you don’t want an item, it is best to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If an order is not shipped we offer a full refund.  We inspect and quality control each item before shipping but if your product arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.  Within 48 hours of receiving your order please take photos of what has arrived or make a video showing the fault and email it to us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com.  We will review your claim and contact you as soon as possible to advise you on how to proceed.  

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please call us at 225-384-6773 to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If an order is not shipped we offer a full refund.  

 

How do I track my order?

All shipments are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but due to unforseen circumstances we may have to chose a different method of shipping.  Depending on the method of shipping, you may or may not receive a tracking number 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If your shipment is assigned a tracking number, we will forward the tracking number to the email address that was provided to us on your order.  Feel free to contact us if you do not receive your item within 20 days of purchase at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com.

 

Can I pickup my order to avoid shipping charges?

Yes. If you reside or will be in the Baton Rouge, LA area, pickup options may be available for you.  Please contact us via email at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com and include the item name with size/color, your full name and address.  Please add Pickup Order in the subject box.  We will respond back to your request quickly as possible and notify you via email if pickup will be available.  If pickup is available, we will email you an invoice to pay for your order to waive shipping charges.  Once your invoice is paid, a local Sugar Agent will contact you to schedule a pickup date/time and provide you with information on designated pickup location.  

 

Why was my order cancelled or refunded?

Because most of our shipments are from overseas and orders come in quite frequently, sometimes inventory can be miscommunicated. In the event, that you placed an order and the item turns out to be unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and refund you immediately.

 

How can I host a Powdered Sugar Boudoir Lingerie Party?

In order to host a PSB party please visit our Host A Party page and fill out the form.  Your party must be in the Baton Rouge, LA or surrounding areas.  

 

Can I book Powdered Sugar Boudoir to be a vendor/host for an event?

Does Powdered Sugar Boudoir have a physical store?

At this time we are an Online Boutique business only.

 

Why do you only have a few sizes displayed on the website?

We can only add so many sizing options to our website. However, we may have your size available.  If you find an item you want but do not see your size shown as an option, please feel free to email us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com and we will be able to advise you on the availability of your size. Please specify the color you are wanting in the email.

 

I’m experiencing technical issues with the website what should I do?

If you are having problems with placing your order or not sure if your order was received, please contact us at psugarboudoir@yahoo.com or contact us by phone for urgent matters at 225-384-6773.
